Boardwalk House can coordinate property information and showing follow-up with Atlantic City employers and institutions. Program participation, eligibility, benefits, and timing are not automatic and must be confirmed in writing by the leasing team. Employers may request current materials without making housing promises to employees.

Important program limits

Employer participation does not guarantee an apartment, priority, eligibility, pricing, a move-in date, or lease approval. Fair Housing, application, and leasing decisions remain separate from employer relationships.
