Boardwalk House opens waitlist for 47 renovated Atlantic City apartments

Boardwalk House has opened its waitlist for 47 renovated apartments in a 12-story building directly on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The property will offer one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom layouts.

The waitlist gives prospective residents a way to receive verified construction and leasing updates while work is completed. Boardwalk House is targeting Fall 2026 occupancy, subject to receipt of a certificate of occupancy. The property is not yet scheduling general showings.

Planned resident amenities include a rooftop fitness center, indoor pickleball court, secure resident parking, controlled building access, a package and mail room, bike storage and laundry on every residential floor. Final pricing, availability and lease terms will be confirmed by the leasing team before lease signing.
