Current property status

All of the apartment renovations are functionally complete. We are taking care of punch-list items in the apartments, refreshing the lobby, and finishing our inspections with the city. Boardwalk House is targeting December 2026 occupancy, subject to certificate of occupancy, and showings begin the week of November 9.
