When does leasing begin?
The waitlist is open. We are targeting Fall 2026 occupancy, subject to certificate of occupancy. The move-in date is not confirmed, and tours and lease signing are not open yet.
What rents should I expect?
Estimated starting rents are $1,600 for 1BR, $1,850 for 1BR + Den, and $2,100 for 2BR. Final pricing and unit availability require confirmation.
What's included in the rent?
Base rent excludes required monthly utilities (electricity, water and sewer): $79 for non-penthouse 1BR, $89 for 1BR + den, $109 for non-penthouse 2BR, and $125 for all penthouses (units 1001–1005). Parking, bike storage and ordinary pet charges apply only when selected or applicable. App/PIN building access is included at no charge; laundry is paid per use.
Are pets allowed?
$25/pet/month for up to two cats or dogs total, plus a $250 refundable pet deposit per apartment. Maximum adult weight: 35 lb per pet. Restricted dogs: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs and Rottweilers. Register pets and provide current vaccination/licensing records before move-in. Use a leash or carrier in common areas, clean up waste and control persistent noise. Assistance animals are considered through the reasonable-accommodation process; ordinary pet fees, breed and weight limits do not automatically apply. Contact management for accommodation requests or uncertain breed classifications.
When can I tour?
We are not scheduling tours or appointments yet. Join the waitlist for updates as we get closer to receiving the certificate of occupancy.
Can I reserve a specific unit?
You can share a preferred unit when joining the waitlist. A fully refundable $500 reservation deposit may be discussed with the leasing team. Joining the list or placing a deposit is not a signed lease or application approval.
