Required monthly utilities
Electricity, water and sewer combined: $79/apartment for non-penthouse 1BR; $89 for 1BR + den; $109 for non-penthouse 2BR; $125 for every penthouse, units 1001–1005, including the one-bedroom penthouse.
Optional assigned parking
Ground floor: $100/month for a single assigned space or $150/month for a tandem pair accommodating two vehicles. Second or third floor: $75/space/month, accessed by car elevator. Subject to available assigned spaces. Shared EV charging bays are not assigned parking; outdoor parking and EV charging rates remain to be confirmed.
Optional bike storage
$15/bike/month in the second-floor room or $10/bike/month in the third-floor room, subject to available assigned spaces. No paid storage-locker offering at launch; allocation remains to be confirmed.
Pets
$25/pet/month for up to two cats or dogs total, plus a $250 refundable pet deposit per apartment. Maximum adult weight: 35 lb per pet. Restricted dogs: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs and Rottweilers. Register pets and provide current vaccination/licensing records before move-in. Use a leash or carrier in common areas, clean up waste and control persistent noise. Assistance animals are considered through the reasonable-accommodation process; ordinary pet fees, breed and weight limits do not automatically apply. Contact management for accommodation requests or uncertain breed classifications.
Refundable security deposit
One month’s rent. The $250 refundable pet deposit, when applicable, is per apartment and is in addition to monthly pet rent.
Access and laundry
Building access through app/PIN is included at no charge. Optional cards/fobs and replacement charges remain to be confirmed. Laundry is paid per wash/dry and is not included in rent; machine rates remain to be confirmed.
